Team Headshots With Personality | Hove Headshot Photographer

Back in November I had the pleasure of photographing 23 staff members of a lovely marketing company based in Hove. They were looking for a mixture of corporate and casual headshots and we decided to photograph everyone in and around Hove station, as their office was based there.

Team headshots are an essential element in portraying the collective identity and professionalism of your company. Whether it's a corporate team, a creative agency, or a nonprofit organisation, professional team headshots convey a sense of unity and cohesion. These images go beyond individual portraits, showcasing the collaborative spirit and diversity within a team. A carefully orchestrated team headshot session not only captures the unique personalities of each member, but also reflects the collective strength and character of the entire group. From a practical standpoint, these photos serve as valuable assets for websites, marketing materials, and professional profiles, presenting a cohesive visual representation that can make a lasting impression on clients, partners, and the broader community.

In order to get a good variety of pictures during this shoot, I chose a few different shooting setups. Before the day of the photo session, I always checkout the location first. Luckily around Hove station there are plenty of natural backdrops to choose from that are great for natural, relaxed looking business portraits. There were stairs to work with, brick walls and some lovely colourful walls as well.

We were working on a tight schedule, as I had 23 people in total to photograph, and split the team over 2 separate shooting days. Although both mornings were very windy, we were lucky to get all the shots done outside. The light is just so much better outdoors.

These headshots will be used on the company’s brand new website and I can’t wait to see the end result!
